I want to order a shirt from you, but I don't have access to a credit card. Is there any way I can still order?

We really do accept mailed payments for your shirt order with no problem whatsoever. Just follow these three simple instructions, and you'll have your shirts in no time.
  1. We need to know the shirt choices you want to buy, but we'll also need to know the style of shirt, the color, and the size of it. Email those choices, along with your shipping address and your need to pay offline, by clicking on THIS LINK.
  2. When we get your email, we will respond quickly with your total owed for that purchase. That includes the shipping and handling fees. This will be your invoice that includes the address to ship your payment to.
  3. Go ahead and print out the invoice email you were sent and send your money order and the invoice to the address we provided in a USPS-approved envelope. We'll process your order and ship it right out when we get your payment!

Our only priority is making your shirts that you ordered and sending them to you as fast as possible. Your information is not used again after that transaction is complete, and you will never catch us selling your info to other companies. We...HATE...spammers.

A quick word about the quality of our product.

You may be able to get a cheaper product elsewhere, but you're going to know how cheap that product is when it falls apart in your washing machine. We are determined not to be just some random shirt store on the Internet that pumps out a shoddy product and expects people to come back for seconds. No, we want to develop a relationship of trust with our customer base that results in a lifetime of purchases. You may be trying our shirts for the very first time, and that's okay. We know you'll be back because no one else strives to make their customer base as happy as we do. We stand by our shirts with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. While we do sell slim fit t-shirts for those of you who prefer them, the rest of our product is made with 6.1 oz cotton tees. That's quality that you can feel.

Is your shipping fast? I'd like to get the shirts I pay for as soon as possible, please.

We want you, as our customer, to be happy so that you'll want to always come to us for all of your awesome t-shirt needs. This is why we strive to have the fastest shipping speed our means can provide. We will be sending your shirts within just one business day of getting your order. We have hours of operation on Mon. thru Fri. between the times of 7 am and 3 pm. Orders do not ship on Sat. or Sun. Also, it stands to reason that any holiday the post office doesn't work...neither do we. Those exceptions aside, we always ship your shirts within 24 hours of your payment. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday then it will be processed the very next day and shipped out of our doors the day after that. Almost all of the product we sell is in stock and waiting for you to order it so that we can send it to you right away, but on rare occasions we may be out of stock on the shirts you want. There are a few times when items are on short supply and we have to order them so that your purchase can be completed and shipped. If that is the case, then it will only add a scant 2 days to your total shipping time. Compared to many of our competitors who do not care as much as we do about shipping speed, that's still VERY fast.

Everyone wants their packages shipped quick, and we're sure to oblige. Some people need their shirts even quicker, though. That's why there are three different shipping types, one of which is sure to satisfy your specific needs.

If you are a resident of the U.S.A., then you can pick from three different shipping options that we've made available.

  1. Our Standard option will suit most needs, as it arrives to your door in a very speedy 3-8 work days.
  2. Expedited Shipments are for those people who are in a real hurry to get their order in the mail, and you can reasonably expect delivery somewhere between TWO and THREE business days.
  3. Express shipping will take 1-2 business days to arrive.
ITEM OF INTEREST! Hawaiian and Alaskan shipments will always be shipped with Priority Mail and arrive into you waiting hands anywhere from 5-10 working days. These delivery times are mere approximations, due to the fact that we cannot predict shipping delays associated with the U.S.P.S. or with stocking times when supplies are out. Please include your e-mail address when you make your order. When we ship your order, you will get information to track your delivery. People who order outside of the United States of America, people with a PO Box address, people in Alaska, and people in Hawaii can not receive this service. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have some very good news to our fans in the countries of New Zealand, Australia, Northern Ireland, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Great Britain, Canada, Sweden, and Norway! We definitely ship to you with International postage! When shipping Internationally, patience is necessary as it may take upwards of eight full weeks for your order to be delivered. When ordering during the Holidays, this is especially true. Please do not contact us in one week, asking where your order is. Much to our regret, we cannot offer tracking information for International mail at this time.

Customs Law requires us to make a full, visible inventory for their inspection that includes a monetary value of the contents. Marking the packages as gifts will not nullify this requirment. We cannot take responsibility for any additional fees your order may incur, so you will have to pay for those fees yourself. If you have questions regarding this subject, then your best answers will come if you contact the Customs Office yourself.

We most definitely ship to all Military Addresses! We are hugely grateful for the sacrifice our soldiers willingly make to preserve freedom here, and abroad. We would love to provide the option of Expedited and Express Mail Delivery, but those shipping options are unfortunately unavailable for APO/FPO addresses at this moment in time. We cannot know the exact time you will be getting your order from us, but please note that the above shipping speeds are not applicable for APO/FPO orders.

If you want your shirts sent to a PO BOX, we are happy to oblige. These orders will always be sent using Standard Shipping, and will take 3 - 5 Postal Shipping Days for those shirts to reach you.


My Order Is Not Processing Properly?

The most probable cause is that the information entered into the "Billing Information" fields do not match the card issuer's billing information. Review this first. If you feel confident that everything is in order, and you are still being rejected then you may use the following information.
  1. If you're still having problems, then I need you to check that billing information one more time. Correct spelling and capitalization matter!
  2. Sometimes your banking information hasn't caught up yet if you've moved recently, so you might want to try using your previous address.
  3. Still getting a rejected from our cart? Perhaps you should try a different card.

Our competitors buy shirts based on low prices, while we buy shirts based on the best condition out there. All shirts are quality-checked before shipment, so order worry-free your 100% cotton and preshrunk tees.

I Want To Place My Order, But The Shopping Cart Won't Accept My Purchase Choices And Stays Empty.

When you place items in the shopping cart to buy, the cart will not recognize them if you do not have cookies facilitated in whatever Internet Browser you are currently using. If you are unable to see the t-shirts you want to buy appear in the cart, then your security settings are far too high for Internet shopping. You will have to fix this. You can change these privacy settings easily under the "tools" section at the top of your browser and then the "options" button within that section (instructions). You can call at 1-888-687-4478 between 9am and 6pm CST.

Is the information I send you is kept with the highest security, ESPECIALLY my credit card number?

Restocking Fees On Returns

Sometimes, people return shirts merely because they change their mind and do not want them any longer. Sometimes, shirts are returned and are perfectly well made. If you return your shirts to us for a refund, and there is nothing wrong with the manufacture of those shirts, then you will have to pay a restock charge. Shipment charges are never applicable for a refund.
